Led project team in developing a Health Information Network for the healthcare community in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Organized numerous events, proposals, and project plans for hospitals in the Kingdom. Created management structure and organization in an undefined and entrepreneurial environment. Board member for finance, marketing and administration following company restructuring. Reorganized the finance function achieving smooth, efficient cash management and expenditure policies. Coordinated new product launches on Reuters, Dow Jones, Bridge, and Bloomberg. Spearheaded launch of services in Latin America. Grew revenues by 50% while achieving 25% cost reductions through tighter management and vendor discounts. Led major upgrades in technology.

September 1995 to May 1996
Sales and Corporate Relations Manager. Responsible for sales and sales support for the Americas division. Also performed operational roles for New York regional office during nine-month absence of managing director. Led projects in: finance, marketing, operations, and sales. Started buy-side marketing and Latin American sales for IDEA. Supported eight new product development projects, recruited and trained salespeople, and managed major sell-side accounts.

Corporate Relations Manager. Reporting to London head office with responsibility for establishing the Corporate Relations department in New York. Recruited and trained personnel, set up office, and built team to constantly prospect and service I.D.E.A.'s clients. Managed development of Corporate Relations and led its contribution to revenues (over $1 million new billing from existing clients in 1995)
